At Tok&Touch, we operate on a "Made-to-Order" model to ensure the highest quality and exclusivity.

1. Order Processing All orders are verified and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive your tracking number immediately after dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, here are the estimated transit times:

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 8–14 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier restrictions or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Tok&Touch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: For customers in the UAE and Middle East, import duties generally apply upon receipt.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once the package has been dispatched.

6. Delays

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, logistics disruptions).
  • If your order is delayed by more than 30 days, you may request a full refund.
