Return & Refund Policy

At Tokandtouch, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Period
- We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items (such as personal care products, customized goods, or final sale items) are not eligible for return.
2. Return Authorization
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@tokandtouch.com.
- We will provide you with the correct return address based on the product and the warehouse it was shipped from.
- Do not return any items to the address of our company headquarters, as returns sent to the wrong location will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or other solution.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Note:
Our return addresses vary because we work with multiple warehouses (Gelato). Always wait for our instructions before sending any product back.
